YOU MUST HAVE A MOTORCYCLE LICENSE (or take someone with you that has one to be the perspective purchaser) to complete this shop. Referrals are welcomed and appreciated! The person with the motorcycle license will be required to take a test drive.
Shoppers will be paid $75 for completing this shop! PLUS $10 BONUS!
IMPORTANT - these can be done Tuesday - Friday ONLY. Visits must occur at least 2 hours prior to closing time. The online contact must happen between 9:00am and 03.00pm Tuesday - Friday.
Shoppers will assess the overall customer experience from the first contact (depending on the scenario) over entering the dealership through to the follow up process. The main goal is to check whether the dealer staff member presents the motorbike according to the prevailing brand standards and can convince you of the specific brand and model.
Online contact and in person visit required. You do NOT have to apply for financing or go through the purchase process, but you must act as though you are the SOLE decision maker and that you are interested in purchasing.
Complete the online contact as soon as you can! Be sure to follow the required hours though.
If you have not heard back from the location by your assigned due date please reach out to your scheduler! Do not make unannounced visit unless 5 business days have passed since your original attempt at online contact.
You may not complete more than 3 of these shops. If you are assigned more than three please let your scheduler know.
