Client Expectations: To evaluate the hospitality, food quality, order accuracy, and restaurant cleanliness. During your stay, observe the cleanliness of the entire restaurant (floor, tables, drink station, bathroom, etc).
Shop Requirements: Order one beverage, one entree and at least one other food item (appetizer, salad, dessert)
You must DINE IN the restaurant. Take a photo of your food before eating it. Make note of the timing of greetings and food delivery.
Shopper Pay is $5.00, plus up to $25.00 reimbursement.
