In-Person Platform representative shops! We have shops available for both Members and Non-Members of the Credit Union!

In order to perform this assignment, you must live in the state of Florida.

You will follow the steps to visit the bank location and make an inquiry with the Platform Rep. The inquiry is just to obtain information, and evaluate the bank representative. You WILL NOT be required to follow through with any product inquiries, and you will deny any credit checks if asked.

You’ll be asking a series of general questions outlined in the guidelines. Please ensure that you read the shop guidelines as the scenarios change monthly.

You’ll need to get the name of the staff member you interacted with in order to successfully complete this.

In light of the increasing number of cases of COVID-19 in the state of FL, the credit union is reinstating the mask requirement, regardless of vaccination status. Please be prepared to wear a mask while conducting your evaluation.
