Scenario
This shop requires you to visit a dealership and inquire about the purchase of an ATV, to monitor the Salesperson’s level of knowledge, sales strategies and overall level of customer service. You will portray yourself as a potential customer.
1. The visit will take approximately 20 minutes.
2. Obtain the required proofs of visit.
