KSS International, Inc. is looking to hire 2 recruiters to work with our team. This job could progress to an account manager position within 6 months. One position is part time (approx 20-25 hours a week) and one is full time.
Primary duties would be to help support a specific account manager with recruiting work on mystery shopping projects. It is an entry level position, but we promote from within! This is a telecommute position.
We are looking for someone that is comfortable getting on the phone and calling shoppers (read: strangers) to fill assignments. Sometimes this is very easy, sometimes it can be deflating, but this position requires a resilient, positive person who doesn't let the "no's" get them down.
You must also be comfortable and knowledgeable with technology, i.e. having multiple web windows open at once, your email program also open at the same time, and be comfortable with sorting data on Excel spreadsheets.
Full time employees at KSS are paid a salary plus bonuses and we pay 50% of health insurance premiums plus we offer a 3% 401K match, along with paid holidays and generous PTO.
Salary is DOE.
