Monday to Friday 10:15 AM to 5:00 PM (unless otherwise noted).
Observe the front of the business (landscaping, parking lot, trash, lighting, signage). Enter the business (always let them greet you first). Your leasing agent will appear on screen, this may take a moment, be patient. Scan the Lobby and office.
Once your leasing agent appears on the screen, let them know you are interested in pricing on storage units. Let the agent lead the conversation and don’t provide any information unless it is asked of you.
Tour/Look around the storage facility and visit the facility restroom if available.
Request a business card from the associate if you are not issued one automatically. If business cards are not available, a brochure or pamphlet may be used.
$13.00 Pay for a successfully completed shop. Retrieve a business card or flyer. (This is required to be uploaded to your survey.)
