Shop Hours: Anytime the specific location is open, except listed blackout dates (blackout dates- Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day). CANNOT SHOP DURING OPENING WEEK OF A MOVIE. On overage, expect this shop to take 2-3 hours.


Tickets: Purchase Ticket(s) online, at the kiosk, or from the box office (or concessions if box office closed). Allow the associate to greet you FIRST. Observe any trash or spills in the box office area. Note how long it took from the time you got in line until you purchase tickets.

Dine-In Food Service (Terrell & Weatherford Locations Only).-- Note how long it took from the time you pushed the button for service till the server greeted you.Ask the server a question about something on the menu or about any specials they may have. Order a beverage other than water and note how long it took to receive. Order a food item and note how long it took to receive. Check that your order is correct and if you received the check BEFORE the movie was over.

Arcade & Redemption Center-- Walk around and see if there are any games that are out of order..Purchase a $5.00 arcade card at the kiosk.Play a variety of games including the ones that award tickets for at least 30 minutes.Redeem your tickets at the Redemption Store.

Reimbursement up to $80.00 for required purchases.
