Requirements:
o Lunch solo or dinner with a guest, specific scenario to be assigned
o Evaluation of the staff, food, facility, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a Y/N and supporting narrative survey
o Complete study of guidelines and pass quiz to certify readiness

Compensation:
o $8 payment for survey completion
o Reimbursement up to $22 for lunch solo and up to $42 for dinner with a guest, for required ordering items and 15%-20% gratuity

Arrival Times: (on scheduled day)
Lunch Arrival Times: 1130 AM - 130 PM (shopper only, no guest)
Dinner Arrival Times: 6 PM - 8 PM (shopper and guest)
