This is a shop a shopper and one adult guest at Playbook Sports Bar and Grill The assignment involves a visit to the restaurant. You will dine in the restaurant and cannot take your meal to go. The objective of this assignment is to report on customer service, cleanliness, food standards, and team member performance. There are specific ordering requirements that must be followed. You must dine in the dining room and may not sit on the patio or in the bar. A visit to the restroom is also required to evaluate its cleanliness and condition. A photograph of your order is required. The shopper or guest must order one alcoholic beverage.
