Requires Shoppers 18 years to 24 years of age.

Important: These shops are to be performed on student housing. Be ready with your scenario- for example, you are a student looking for housing with individual leases near campus. If you are asked for your phone number and email address during the call, provide your real information. This is because you will be tracking the agent’s follow up for several days after your visit.

Before the call- Plan your scenario before you call. You should be able to provide any information you are asked when speaking with the leasing professional. Be ready with answers to: Why you are moving into student housing at this time, how you heard about the community, how many bedrooms you need, your move in date, if you have any special preferences, if you have any pets.

Call the complex and set up a time to visit the location, let your scheduler know when you have the appointment with the complex for the tour.

Visit the apartment complex office at the date and time of your appointment. Upon arrival for your appointment, complete the shop with the leasing agent available; let the leasing agent probe for what you are looking for and your needs. You must take a tour of the apartment or model. Ie the size apartment that you asked about is not available, you should tour any available apartment.

Be sure to remain accommodating and engaged throughout the entire interaction. You must seem like a real potential resident for this community. You are not allowed to take calls, text or otherwise use your phone or any other electronic device during the shop, except to take pictures of the property.


The shop pays $20.00 and has $15.00 Bonus Pay!
