Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM. No Shopping within one hour of closing.
Evaluate the cleanliness of the location and service provided by making a purchase (inside) and giving a donation (outside).
Take one image of the retail and donation receipts you receive next to each other, as there is one upload link on the scorecard.
Shopper Pay is $12.00, plus up to $5.00 reimbursement for purchase.
