KSS International, Inc. is now scheduling shops at popular chain of car salons!

You will be reimbursed up to $60 PLUS you will receive a $10 shopper pay for successful completion of this shop!

The shopper will need to visit all areas of the location and report on the cleanliness of the location, the friendliness of the staff, and their ability to upsell.

**This is an audio recorded shop, so the shopper will need to record all conversations with the associates and upload them to the correct spot on the form.**

You will be required to make the following purchases and observations:

*Purchase a car wash (Full VIP Service wash up to $27)
*Purchase a drink or snack item from Fabulous Splash (up to $2)
*Purchase something in the convenience store (up to $5)
*Evaluate the restrooms
*Purchase a minimum of $20 in fuel.

Each portion of the shop may be completed in whatever order is most convenient and comfortable for the shopper, but the client recommends starting with the car wash. They also recommend not going during lunch or rush hour unless the shopper is okay waiting.

You are not allowed to be in the car when the interior is being cleaned, so this is a great time to do Splash/Restrooms/Convenience Store. Get gas after getting the car wash, because sometimes there is a discount on gas after getting a wash.

The client requires photos of all receipts, audio recordings of all interactions, and photos of anything deemed "unsatisfactory" or anything unusual during their shop.
