Clothing – Regular Purchase – Client Disbursement $18.00
Telephone and Onsite Evaluation. The client first requires you to call the location, and then make an onsite visit to the location. While onsite, the client requires you to shop in the following department: CLOTHING. The client also requires you to make a purchase {Reimbursed by the client}. ► The client does allow requests for both Pet Grooming and Online Pickup at this same exact location, however, please keep in mind, that shops at the same location address cannot be evaluated on the same DATE.


Online Purchase and Pickup – Client Disbursement $15.00
Online Purchase and Pickup Evaluation. The client requires you to first visit their website and order an item online, and then make an onsite visit to the location the following day to pick up the item. ► The client does allow requests for both Pet Grooming and Retail Department opportunities, at this same exact location. However, please keep in mind, that shops at the same location address cannot be evaluated on the same DATE.


Lawn & Garden – Regular Purchase – Client Disbursement $18.00
Telephone and Onsite Evaluation. The client first requires you to call the location, and then make an onsite visit to the location. While onsite, the client requires you to shop in the following department: LAWN & GARDEN. The client also requires you to make a purchase {Reimbursed by the client}. ► The client does allow requests for both Pet Grooming and Online Pickup at this same exact location, however, please keep in mind, that shops at the same location address cannot be evaluated on the same DATE.


Pet – Return Scenario - Client Disbursement $28.00
Telephone and Onsite Evaluation. The client requires you to first call the location, and then make an onsite visit to the location. While onsite, the client requires you to shop in the following department: PET. The client requires you to make a purchase and then return the item that you purchased. After making your purchase, the client requires you to wait a minimum of 2 hours before returning your item. However, the return must be completed within 24 of your initial purchase. ► The client does allow requests for both Pet Grooming and Online Pickup shops at this same exact location because they are different types of shops that involve an appointment.


If there are any toll fees while traveling to the location (road, bridge, tunnel, ferry, etc.), these will be covered by the client.

If any opportunities include purchases, the client reimbursement disbursement will be clearly listed on the ISS platform, on the shop.

How to request opportunities:
If you aren't currently registered, you can do so, for free, by visiting [isecretshop.com]

You can review full information and request once registered/logged into the platform.

* Once you have logged in, you can click, “Available Shops” to find opportunities. If you do not see anything, I suggest typing your zip code into the filter/search bar, then setting the miles as far out as you can and clicking “search” {or the magnifying glass}.

* If you see something you are interested in, you can review the information and request by clicking a date from the dropdown menu. A friendly reminder that the date you choose from the drop-down is the date you are agreeing to conduct the shop {unless otherwise noted on the shop}.

Electronic Signatures that are required to request:

- MSP Contracts: Mystery Shopper Services, BMA, and Customer 1st

- ISS TOU: If you are using a computer, the TOU is located on the blue sidebar, on the lower left-hand side. It reads "iSS Terms of Use". If you are using the app, the TOU is the yellow square that reads "iSS TOU"

If you are not available this month, future opportunities are posted on the last week of every month. We suggest checking the platform often, as it is a live board.
