KSS is scheduling shops at a high end fashion retailer. For this assignment, you will visit the location and evaluate customer service and store presentation. You will need to try on an item in the dressing room and inquire about a sold out item (we will let you know the item). Proof of visit is needed via a photo of the location's exterior and a photo of inside the dressing room. Shopper payment is $30.
