The objective of this assignment is to report on the customer service, cleanliness, food standards, and team member performance. The assignment involves a visit to the restaurant. You will dine in the restaurant and cannot take your meal to go. There are specific ordering requirements which must be followed. You must dine in the dining room and may not sit on the patio or in the bar. A visit to the restroom is also required to evaluate its cleanliness and condition.
