Shop Hours: Anytime the specific location is open, except listed blackout dates (blackout dates- Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day). On average, expect this shop to take 2-3 hours.

Bowling & Bar & Grille (FOH) Scenario- (Terrell and Weatherford Locations Only). If the lanes are sold out you must still go to the desk and inquire, explain this in your narrative and answer all applicable questions.


Bowling-- Ask the associate how much 1 hour of bowling costs. Go to the Bowling Desk and purchase at least 1 (ONE) hour of bowling + shoe rental. Note how many people (if any) were in line and how many cashiers were there. Allow the associate to ask what size shoes you need FIRST, don’t volunteer unless they do not ask. Allow the associate to direct you to the correct land.Observe the cleanliness of your bowling land and surrounding area. Bowl for a minimum of 1 (ONE) Hour. Return your shoes when done. Ask for a receipt if one is not provided.

Bowling Food Service.-- Wait at least 5 minutes to allow a server to greet you, after 5 minutes push the button for service. Note how long it takes for a server to greet you. Order a beverage other than water and note how long it took to receive. Order a food item and note how long it took to receive. Check that your order is correct and if you received the check BEFORE you finished bowling. Note whether the server checked on you for refills. Ask for a receipt if one is not provided.
