Shop Overview: Complete an unannounced assessment at the assigned Fitness Studio. Audit will take one hour to complete. NO WORKOUT! This is an unannounced revealed audit and should take around 1 to complete. You will introduce yourself by presenting the printed authorization letter to an employee as soon as you enter the studio. You must be accompanied by the studio manager or a supervisor/employee (if the manager is not present/unavailable at the time of the visit). If you are unable to locate something, the employee accompanying you can assist. Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 7:00PM (see “Timing of Arrival” below for more details). The latest acceptable arrival time is 6:00PM, to allow enough time for the audit. Arriving after 6pm will result in an invalid audit. Note that each studio has different opening hours. It is your responsibility to check the opening hours online prior to planning your visit.
