You will be visiting a specific apartment complex and speaking with a specific Leasing Professional to evaluate the property and selling efforts. You will first call the leasing office to make an appointment with the named leasing professional and to evaluate the telephone experience. Once you have an appointment set, you will visit the property. At all times, try to appear and behave as a typical applicant (middle income).
