We have shops available in: Addison, Allen, Arlington, Burleson, Cedar Hill, Celina, Coppell, Dallas, Denton, DeSoto, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Frisco, Lewisville, Plano, Richardson, Rockwall, Weatherford, Wylie
Payment is $55 and we reimburse the visit cost. You will not be billing insurance and will pay before you go back to the exam room.
