-This is a phone shop only.
-Call the intake team in Spanish.
-Pose as an adult with limited English proficiency seeking help with community support services.
-Ask about resources such as public benefits, SNAP, Medicaid, food assistance, or basic needs support.
-Try to naturally work toward an appointment, referral, or clear next step.
-Observe the greeting, professionalism, clarity, helpfulness, and next steps provided by the intake representative.
-Collect the name of anyone you speak with.
Receive $4.80 flat pay for completing this phone shop!
