-Call the intake line in Spanish.
-Pose as a Veteran with limited English proficiency seeking housing or rental assistance.
-Ask about help with an eviction situation and veteran support services.
-Try to naturally work toward scheduling an appointment or learning the next steps for receiving help.
-Observe how the representative greets you, gathers information, responds to your situation, and explains next steps.
-Collect the name of anyone you speak with.
