I didn't read the article but I did see the photo. Why did the customer take a video of the delivery?
Had they had there suspicions about other pizza deliveries or was the pizza delivery man licking his lips and wiping his hands on his pants when they open the door.

in russia they video record almost everything. Most
Russians have dash cams in their vehicles as well so
if anything happens they have video proof....
