Sassie Software Problm

For over four weeks I have been unable to access the web sites of companies that utilize the sassie sign-in software. All methods to correct this issue has occurred. I even had a person from Geeks come to my home and he could not figure this problem out. I can receive emails from the schedulers and when I do get an email, I reply that I can not access the web site. No one has responded. Does anyone have the correct configuration for a computer that used this type of software?
