Connect phone to computer, open phone hard drive, then move photo to computer. Open photo with Paint, resize if necessary, then save as jpeg.

Sounds like a lot of trouble. I don't have iPhone but I used to upload photos to them from the SD card all the time.
Install iCloud on your computer. Photos will automatically upload to your laptop or PC when you are back to Wifi. From there either resize them in Paint or get a program that will resize them in a batch.

I use app called Resize Lite I got on App Store. It resizes the pictures to 640 x 480.
I don't have a PC. I do the Maritz gas shops photos on my IPad then connect Ipad to my Mac. I use Resize Lite to convert images to 640x480, then enter the final report on the Mac. I sure wish Maritz would quit using the size limit. I know they surely have servers that can store full size images by now.
The only required image by Maritz to be 640x480 is a receipt, or what they want to be POP. All other images can be a smaller size.smiling smiley
I accidentally sent pictures to Martiz that were 3648x2736 and they went through and I had no complaints (until I discovered I had sucked up all my data for the month). sad smiley

I think they want them 640x480 so they will upload quickly.

I found out what I did when I called them to complain that their site was loading really really slowly and then found out my speed had been dialed down by my crummy ISP because I used up all my data on two shop's worth of photos the night before because the sizes were humongous (accidentally changed a setting when trying to set it to macro mode, hit the wrong button).

Time to build a bigger bridge.
