What restaurants do you gladly pay for?

I am not a regular guy who goes to restaurant and pay for it. But burger is one of my favorite deck. And I am ready to pay for it always.

Tip for my long lost friends.....Whole Foods has two killer beef tacos on "Taco Tuesday" for 3.00.

Shame that I haven't found the new MSc that does them.

Welcome to the forum, Caro12. When mystery shoppers register with mystery shopping companies, they are required to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). Almost all of the ICAs contain a confidentiality agreement that prohibits the shopper from revealing the names of the company's clients, any proprietary details of shops and shop requirements, and any confidential communications with the company. It would be a violation of the ICA for anyone here on the forum to respond verbally, in an email, in a PM, or here on an open internet forum. Since our forum recognizes ICA restrictions, our forum guidelines state "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies."
I happily pay for Red Lobster...it's the only lobster joint in town. Lobster being one of my favourite foods, if I ever find out who shops it I'll be their best mystery shopper.
Chinois (Wolfgang Puck) in Santa Monica, Asian Fusion and to die for, it is not shopped but his first famous restaurant Spago was shopped, no longer. Would eat at any of the famous Chef;s in the city, so many great ones that are not shopped. I can live without any of the chains, especially Red Lobster.

Once upon a time Red Lobster was shopped. Don't remember who and of course couldn't tell you even if I did. The Red Lobsters in our area suck (except for the biscuits). I would rather buy lobster at the store and make it myself.

I just got an offer to shop them a few days ago. The pay and reimbursement were both good. I'm just not up to getting dressed up to go out and eat. This is my week off before I really dig in starting Monday!

I don't eat at Red Lobster but I don't have the heart to kill the lobstah myself. I remember when my dad boiled lobstahs for us when I was a kid and the squealing/hissing noise is still fresh in my memory.
Oh I don't have any problem killing crustaceans. I grew up on the Gulf of Mexico in Florida and I have been catching and killing my own food for a long time.
We were frugal before I started shopping, but one of the restaurants I gladly pay for are sushi and sashami restaurants. They are amazing! I love sushi rolls, basically any raw fish you can serve me that isn't going to kill me (puffer!), and hibachi. I also have a thing for ahi-tuna and crab so when we're at the beach, I'll pay for those things if they're fresh/catch of the day.

(I'm still frugal--just noting I've always been a cheapskate. Growin' up poor will make you pinch pennies!)

It sounded like they were crying. I couldn't take it, either.
