spoof@ paypal.com
I have gotten a few of these before and they were scams. If you think there could be a problem with your account, just go directly to PayPal the way you usually do and check your account that way. I checked mine and there were no problems.
PayPal usually will send you a resolution email telling you thanks and that they are pursuing the matter.
