Thanks, I've missed you ladies too.

There was a perfect storm of factors keeping me away:
-Summer! I had a couple of weeks off for vacation and did some travelling, and I took a true vacation with no Mystery Shopping. It was nice, but I missed you all too.
-My day job got a little more busy with a couple of business trips and just general frantic-ness over the last couple of months.
-I just haven't been MSing as much the last couple of months. Not sure if I'm getting burned out, or if there was an actual dearth of interesting jobs in my area. Either way, I've started slowly adding more jobs, so I'll likely be on here more in the next few months.
-PokemonGo. Yep, it's pretty fun and it gets my butt outside and walking around, which is never a bad thing.

I have taken lots of good advice on this forum, so I'm glad to be back to pick up more tips and maybe even give a few tips when I have something positive to contribute. And.. who am I kidding? Even when I don't have anything particularly positive.

Irene: You and I have sniped at each other on here. I remember you.

Misunderstandings, as I never heard of the "other" Cali, thought you were the only one, not a biggie. Someone choose to make a big deal out of it.....I owe you a lunch.

I must admit my error......when I see the name Cali (being there are two) with the other one living in my town.
that is the one I meant, so I did send this to the wrong Cali, an unusual name and in my hurry, thought you to be Calicakes...no offense, honest mistake.

Irene, you have definitely heard of the "other" Cali. I'm guessing you had actuallly forgotten about CaliGirl925. The cali you were posting about earlier in this thread was calicakes who you communicated with frequently a couple of weeks ago about her issue with Customer Impact. calicakes is the one you had scheduled lunch with, who apparently lives in the same town as you, but you cancelled. Surely you haven't forgotten calicakes. This is a different Cali.

This poster is CaliGirl925 and calicakes is the poster who lives in your town and to whom you apparently owe lunch. CaliGirl925 also lives in California although I'm not sure what part. Maybe you can do lunch with both CaliGirl925 and calicakes.

And, yes, CaliGirl925, we are all glad to have you back. Lots of us have missed you.

Have it your way since you know so much about who I know. I know Calicakes wasn't Awol (as you suggested)
as she is studying a lot of the time,and comes and goes on the forum. She lives in my town. The other one who is actually Awol is someone I do not know. i looked her up, she lives in No, CA, and I can speak for myself. I did make a mistake as the names are unusual, so having two Cali's and seeing Cali, I wrote to the wrong one...oh please forgive me, and let's hope this is the worst thing anyone ever does......

For the 2nd time, I'm NOT STUDYING. We're in the process of getting our condo ready for sale and buying a house. I've been MS like crazy. Did a bonused lunch yesterday for A closer look. They even let me bring a 3rd person, which they never allow. I'm special : )

Once again, Irene_L.A. is "confused." AWOL = Absence Without Leave, a common military term but also used in the mainstream culture. AOL = America Online is an antiquated Internet provider from the mid-80's.
