Spot Check Services appears "gone"

With my mother coming in from out of town for a few days, I thought it would be great to do a couple restaurant shops through Spot Check Services. When I log on though, a strange new screen comes up, saying Spot Check expired on August 19 and is pending renewal or deletion. Anybody know what this could be about?

I keep getting the same message.

I for one would not miss that MSC.

At least they cover the meal, but not the tip. I just signed up with another MSC and to my dismay, they reimburse you half the cost of your meal. I have 2-for-1 coupons I could use if I wanted to go that route, and not have to fill out a lengthy report either.
