So I have done crossfit for several months and I have seen improvements in my kipping pull-ups. Before I could do 20, and now I can do 25. Currently I am down to %12 body fat from %17. I'm thinking about becoming a cross fit trainer because I believe the certificate training consists of a 2 day course that you can do on the weekend.
Anyone else into crossfit and if so, what was your experience like?
