Gift card from Mobee

I submitted a request to redeem my gift card from mobee but it says I have it but it is not where I can use it.

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

It should be in an email, unless they,ve changed it. I could use mine the same day I asked for a card.
