I mainly focus my workouts around the core lifts (deadlifts, squats, bench, pull-ups), as I'm limited on time.

In my neck of the woods, I recently completed building my home gym! Im undergoing construction in finishing my basement with a small section of it dedicated to workouts. I've had my squat rack, bench and set of Olympic weights for years, but recently upgrade my collection with more Olympic barbells (curl bars and an extra 45 lb bar) and those wonderful 90 lb powerblocks (great deal from someone on Craigslist!) and the 52.5 lb Bowflex adjustable dumbbells.
