No to the book. I have been faithfully watching the TV show. This season has been tough because they jumped ten years into the future. I'm guessing it was handled more smoothly in the book.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
The Thomas Sowell Reader. Good stuff, but needs to be digested.

"Let me offer you my definition of social justice: I keep what I earn and you keep what you earn. Do you disagree? Well then tell me how much of what I earn belongs to you - and why?” ~Walter Williams
Zoo sounds interesting! Too bad CBS is so lame with their streaming. Plenty of other shows to occupy my time. Right now I'm stuck on The Handmaid's Tale.

Back to books, I picked up The Road To War by Richard Overy at the Churchill Museum in London. The Literary Review called it "the best short work on the origins of the Second World War." It is over 500 pages long. I want to know how long the best long work on it is.

100 pages in it is very good btw. If you like history books. Which I do.

Last night I read Omar Saif Ghobash's Letters to a Young Muslim

Well written. Very easy read. Insightful. A must read. And quite reasonably priced as well.

I think ZOO is getting too many layers and difficult to understand, but I'm with it to the end.

I just read LITTLE BEE. About a refugee and an American. Heavy but interesting.
I belong to my library book club. I love to read. I read about four books a month, varies, sometimes less.
I love to sit at the ocean and read, I have five beaches where I live.
