Hey Joscelin, what I have started doing lately is to start the voice recorder app on my iPhone and with the ear buds attached I will record my voice at each stage, for example I will say things like "I entered the store" when I enter the establishment. Then when I am in line I will say "5 customers ahead of me" then when my turn comes you will hear my voice interacting with the associate. I also say the description of the associate I'm dealing with. So basically I am taking notes as I am doing the shop assignment. When I get home, I will use the time when I entered as Time Zero, and then add the timing as I am listening to my notes. Now one point to ponder is that this recording is for YOU ONLY. In 2-Party states (very few) you must tell the other party that you are recording them, so be careful with that. This really works well if you speak a language other than English and the people who hear you will not understand what you are saying. It looks like you are carrying a conversation on the phone which in these days is "Normal." Just drape the ear buds across your neck, and the recording will be so clear it's amazing. Try it and see how it works.
