For $39.99 there is an all day buffet pass at the Luxor/Excalibur (both buffets). The Luxor buffet was very good and the Excalibur was just okay, in my opinion. But the lines were never long and you can stop in as many times as you want during the day. I think it goes from 7:00 AM to 10:00 or 11:00pm. We stopped in a few times, just to get a pop or a snack, as well as for our normal meals.

Harrah's buffet is pretty decent and not badly priced.

The Bellagio's buffet is Excellent, and if you get there before lunch ends, you get the lunch price. Just sit, relax, take your time, and enjoy some of the dinner entrees, as they bring them out later. The Bellagio is worth it, even if you pay the dinner price, but it is pricy.

They have several In & Out burger locations in the strip area too. The nice thing about them, is they are not badly priced. You can get a meal for around $7. Since I don't have In & Out by me, it is nice to go there a few times, when in Vegas.

Are you doing the bus pass (the Deuce)? This last trip we did the bus pass and it was really worth it, $20 for 3 days. The busses come every 20-25 minutes and go up and down the strip and to the downtown area. The downtown area has better priced quick meals, like slices of pizza and stuff like that. I have not heard any good things about the buffets down there, but I have not been to them either.

Stay away from some of the quick meals on the strip. We once stopped for a piece of pizza (on the strip area), which ended up being pretty lousy, with a soda, it was just under $15. For a few dollars more, we could have gone to a decent lunch buffet or somewhere nicer. The quick food on the strip, is not worth the price, to me.
This place was excellent and reasonably priced, but it really helps if you speak Spanish. I don't, however, some people in line helped me in ordering. The lines are long sometimes, but I thought it was worth it.

La Salsa Cantina... I go to Vegas every year and you can't beat this place. Super cheap with $1 Bloody Marys. It's in a mall by Planet Hollywood. Great breakfast.
Grab a book of LV coupons! Most are 2 for 1 meals as I recall! Happy Birthday. Have a blast.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Will do thanks all....I won't take the tour bus, know my way around and Bally's is in the center within walking distance or rail to my fav's. I will pick up the coupons. They now have the 30.00 pool fee which is a bummer.

There's the monster of all buffets- its called the Buffet of Buffets, a 24 hour period of buffets at 7 participating buffets. It starts at something like $54.99, can visit the participating buffets within the 24 hour period. It's worth it if you can do 3 buffets, breakfast, lunch and dinner, maybe squeeze in a 4th location, if you can pace and not overstuff yourself. Planet Hollywood had the best dinner buffet. Hash House A Go Go makes generous portions. Sometimes AAA, if you are a member, gets 10% discounts at restaurants.

My research led me to Firefly Tapas for dinner, Spanish Latin flavor with music, food looks amazing. Drinks at
Sinatra at Wynn (Encore), gorgeous, still looking for a good buffet.
Inexpensive was Mr. Mamas and Ellis island......

There's a place west of the strip called Mr. Mama's. Delicious breakfast food and not expensive. [www.mrmamaslv.com] They put garlic in their hash browns, which was startling at first, but delicious. Ask for a sample of the white gravy before you order - I think they put maple syrup in it. My kids love it, I do not.

Omelet House is nestled in an antique mall. Excellent breakfast and lunch food, particularly the banana bread, which I think I had as French toast.

Egg and I was featured on a tv show and we enjoyed it too, but it was quite busy.

Off the Strip is way south of town, but good dinner food for locals. I don't know if it is related to the location in The Linq or not.

Bruxie is well-known in Orange County, CA and has come to LV. Waffle sandwiches. Yum.

We like to eat breakfast and save up for dinner at one of the big buffets...
Thx all....I think eating is covered. My lest favorite hotel Circus Circus is said to have won best steakhouse,
Will probably splurge on one nice buffet, and do the Tapas for dinner then come home and diet...I have done Bruxie in Santa Monica for a job. $39.00 for an all day buffet pass sounds good if they have lox and bagel.
