Pop Up Ads

Anyone having issues with pop up ads on this website? Just started for me while using Safari. They block the opening of every thread.

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

Haven't seen any ads. I'm using chrome on imac and a android tablet. If u don't have already, download malwarebytes and sophos.

I use ad block for Chrome and don't see any ads at all.

I use Firefox--no popups.

I use AdBlockPlus for Chrome, OP. It prevents ads from showing and you can even disable the default white-listed sites that it comes with so that everything is blocked. If you're interested in learning more about it, Wikipedia has a page on it and there are many reviews of it out there.

I wish they had an effective Block for Posters so I don't see any posts at all.

A while back (maybe 3 years) Jacob disable pop up ads on this site. So it is now rare for someone to say they are getting ads. I'm not an IT specialist but maybe it has to do with Safari.

I'll try a different browser, I just find it odd that I only get them on this site on my iPhone.
