Today we have some specialists coming to observe our son. He's not quite walking yet (though he can take a few steps on his own) and they want to make sure we are doing everything we can to encourage walking.

He was born with club feet and he is double jointed in both knees so we were expecting some delays with his walking.
Today I rescherdule another job because of my side pain problem , today at 2.45 I will found out what is wrong with me and then be on the road to recovery
How did your appointment go? Were they able to find some relief and answers for you? Hope you are getting rest and are feeling better soon!

well so far it looks like I have Diveriticulitis . I am set up for some more test in the morning no rule anything else out.
Ah, Aleida, so sorry to hear that but know that it could have been worse. It's manageable from what I understand.
Yes it is manageable sister in law has it , she gets a long fine. So I am sure I will do as long that is it Thank you for asking
Going to visit the besties for the weekend! Haven't seen them since our London trip in July.

I'm taking my son to his swimming lesson this morning. This afternoon we will stop in at my mom's house to let her dog out, she has plans after work.
Today the high temperature was in the 70s. Tomorrow it's going to be in the 40s. Spent as much time outside as I could. The inside work can wait.

I was recently tested, and have it (tip), do not eat nuts, popcorn or seeds, really helps. PM me, I did a study and have it under control with no pills.

Personal stuff, weather cooled, will walk, mall, same stuff, no work until tomorrow's dinner at BJ's. ..they let me do it for the past two months, gotta love it. Waiting for final dental appt. next week.

Work, 1 shop at lunch and 2 after work. No need to cook with another fried chicken shop. One of my dogs is highly sensitive to fleas, treating him with a new medicine and got a collar/cone to help with the scratching. It's not a regular cone, it is cloth and is blown up and it looks more comfortable. Also washable. Fleas are like fire ants in south Texas. Impossible to eradicate, just try to control.
Yes! As a matter of fact, my bff and wine buddy collects the corks in an effort to get the 19 crime stories. They (19 Crimes) have different versions: chardonnay for the women; dark red for banished, shiraz for the criminally insane (fitting), etc.

Have you tried 19 Crimes? That is tasty.

I work at NASA Headquarters. The Heliophysics section had their annual carnival today. Heliophysics is the study of the sun. The displays were amazing.

Did my housecleaning today, plus 2 loads of wash. Made up a big batch of spaghetti & meatballs, and took that, along with a fresh loaf of soft French bread, and a frozen Edwards pie, up to my neighbor's house. She lost her mom this past week. Did some paperwork for my church. Planning to mess with my ROKU a little later this evening....trying to understand about setting up my own IPTV urls and getting them on ROKU's m3u red video player....learning, learning, learning!!! (I'm kind of a techie, to a point, so I can get really, really obsessed with stuff like that!!)

ETA: I just finished making my desserts for the week: ricotta-strawberry parfait, peanut butter fudge made by using vanilla protein powder and cream cheese, and a pumpkin roll up cake with cream cheese filling. OK, I'm done for the day....gonna get a hot shower in a bit, and start in on messing with my Roku!!

Saturday is football day here. We watch OSU ( the the Red OSU, the one in Stillwater OK) win they game and listen to a couple of others. Lannie is watching Texas A & M game now.
Drinking a glass of my husband's homemade red cab/zin, it's delicious. Relaxing tonight and then another long day tomorrow of demoing. This is the last day of standing on my feet on concrete floors all day, my back hurts a little bit from it. Will be so happy to have that fat paycheck in a few weeks! Can't wait until Monday, sleeping in (I hope). Oh, also have been coming home to dead critters in the mousetraps, ugh. I bribe the neighbor's kids with Pringles and Butterfingers (from convenience store shops) to dispose of them and reset the traps, LOL. The last couple of varmints must be smart or just very small because they licked the peanut butter off without getting caught. I hate killing them, though...but it's worse thinking about them running around my house and possibly getting into my food, ugh!
I am getting through a few busy work days. Then, I can catch up with myself. The promise of future paychecks keeps me going. I was rearranging things when, out of nowhere, nicely paid little shopping days materialized. These little shops pay more than perfecting the home place does. I am pleased because I had leftover shelves from bookcases. I used them to build other shelving units. This is not as wonderful-looking as new shelving, but it cost nothing. This makes it beautiful. grinning smiley

I'm not going anywhere...my garage door won't open and I can't get out. Just what I didn't need, will see if my neighbor can open it manually, I can't. Not happy, may have to cancel my Monday and Tuesday jobs. Forced into
doing housework tomorrow.

Live consciously....
Hmm, that is pretty limiting. It's got to be a battery issue, right? Guessing you already tried your keypad code...not good at trouble shooting this kind of problem. It would be great if you could at least get your car out so you can park it in the driveway!
Not a battery, chain is loose, big problem, but I think it opens manually, it's very heavy so will be tough for me to open and close manually. Getting tired of house expenses and care.....

Live consciously....
Yikes yes. I too hope your neighbor can help. Mine is electric, assume yours is too? Didn't even know it could open manually...
Happy Sunday to all! Irene, I hope that someone can liberate your car from its garage. It would be great if you could get out there and do what you want and need to do (besides housework). Technically, I am working. After the early morning job, I go through the wide open spaces to another small town and fetch some shop data. With today's shops, I get stuff and learn something; this does not "feel" like work. Then, I go back into the beloved wide open spaces and return home to the train wreck, I mean incomplete projects. It's okay. I have a few days with only one job and there will be time to finish the projects and make the home place less bad.

I am headed for church for the first time in three week. The first week Lannie and I want some alone couple time so we take a small trip. Last week I was in so much pain, I can not sat through Church and Sunday School, Today I am still not 100 percent back to mornal but I feel so much better. I feel like the verse in Psalm . I was glad when they said unto me " let us go into the house of the Lord"
