honny, the toothpaste is ordered by good stores (Sensodyne), same markings as the ones I have bought. I use it, same thing, they cannot mis- label, fines are high. I have an excellent eye and know my merchandise. Salinas is an area that grows fruit, which I buy at Ralphs, and when they over order, it goes to .99....all stores are notl good, but mine is super good. I've been doing this for 2 years, when I discovered all the Mercedes (LOL) out side,I went in.. I don't buy food, paper goods, labels are the same and I don't buy anything from Mexico

When I was in Dallas two weekends ago my future daughter and I went mother of the groom dress shopping at David's Bridal. She picked out a beautiful gown that I fell in love with...and was on sale for $100. I went to my local store today and ordered it.

SB is offering members 1/2 off any grande drink, eating, shopping, computer play, searching for a hotel somewhere close. that's it folks....

Hi there. I am a new shopper. I am a little scared to do this. I have been assigned 2 shops with TNS.clientsmart. I'm supposed to do them tomorrow. It seems easy enough. Go in, check things out, buy the product, make notes, come back later, present Letter of Refund and Mystery shopper reveal, answer survey turn in, and get paid.
I am just scared that this isn't a real thing. Help?

Sad sad day as yet another shooting in a very safe community of "Thousand Oaks" had a shooting and 12 died. Eleven were college kids out to listen to music and a policeman (hero) who saved many life's. Feel so saddened as we continue to have shootings one after another. that's all that's on T.V. here, every channel, yet our leader will do nothing about guns in the hands of the crazies....thanl G__ for my cousin, a Senator that has a bill for gun control checking, so very proud of her.

Happy day here as I saw some nice deer on my property while relaxing after work. I like to take my gun to my stand and shoot about one a year for food, but it's still a little early for me (I like it colder when I hunt, still having a few days in the 70s here). So glad we passed an amendment in my state to protect hunting and fishing rights.

Irene, I hear you. It is difficult and probably impossible to manage people and guns. The thing that alarms me is that the crazies- as you call them- might be in law enforcement and go unnoticed until it is too late to prevent harm. The thing that annoys me is that some people with certain diagnoses are cavalierly called the crazies but will never want or use a gun or other weapon against anyone. These people cannot get guns but it will never matter because they do not even want guns. This is a tragedy. It means that some people are perpetually misunderstood, others are oblivious to their lack of understanding, and no one can actually get a handle on exactly who is likely to use a gun or other weapon to do harm. Hmmph.
So that is the other thing that I did today: I looked at news and ranted about it for awhile.

Why are some people drawn so strongly to guns? I don't mean hunters and people who know what to do with guns. They are not the problem. I mean people who... don't have something else to do? And what is in their heads when they shoot multiple people in one spree? What is up with that? And the cops who are murdering people and not just doing their jobs. What is in their heads????? And, why are some people resistant to the mental help that is available? Is it the mentally ill, the system, the providers, or what?

In my humble opinion it's a person problem, not a gun problem. Remove the gun, and you have a bomber, or a person who drives a truck into a crowded group of folks. Both of these examples have happened in the US, and recently. Go to Europe where guns are banned and you have a much hire occurrence of the bombings, and the people driving cars into people, and even stabbings (England was thinking of banning knifes for cripes sake). The problem is people need help, and I am all for getting them help, but sadly there will still be a few who wont take it. 
And don't even get me started on the games and shows that people let kids watch and play that do nothing but diminish the value of a human life by turning it into a game.

Had to cancel trip to San Francisco, Timeshare had no available dates that worked for me...total hassle.
Today will run around, dinner at BJ's tonight, and watching fire progress....know so many that lost homes, not a happy time. Daughter went to Calabasas high, and had many friends, she is in touch thru Facebook.
I'm willing to let old friends stay here if needed.

While II was eating breakfast I I got a huge flashing light in my field of vision that lasted for about 15 minutes. Called the optician right when they opened and was there 10 minutes later. After much testing they couldn't find any issues. Even though the visit completely messed up my plans for the morning I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Besides finishing yesterday' report, I am cutting a check for materials to have 5 windows upgraded to very energy efficient one before winder hits. My next door neighbor of 35 years is a building contractor who has made quite a career of upgrading homes in this townhouse community of over 300 homes. He is known for doing GREAT work at excellent prices, with no "make work" shenanigans. I have no time for slap-dash contractors ! This is when I want a type A personality on the job, lol.

This afternoon I got a text from the mall I used to work at saying a protest was underway. I've tried multiple times to get off their distribution list over the last four years, but it's worth the hassle of deleting their monthly routine testing messages to be a fly on the wall for ones like this. It will be interesting to see what they say on the news about the issue tonight.

Just work and a few errands. And, a moment of brilliance. I realized that the little golf pencils are perfect to carry in a pocket, along with a scrap of paper, for those times when the phone is on the charger, disallowed, etc. during shops.

Fire 10% contained as winds die down, but, they expect them to start up again...what next? Having no rain in four years hasn't helped, everything so dry, yet "leader" says it's the rangers fault,and funds to CA will be cancelled. give me a break.

The ax throwing party was fun. I went to California Tortilla to get my meals for the week since I have no food shops this weekend. I used a coupon and got two bowls for the price of one. I finished my homework last night. Today, I will be looking at decorating ideas for my condo.

I found out this morning that I received an F on my midterm. I didn't read the assignment requirements, and was graded accordingly. Thankfully, my professor told me to resubmit the assignment. I have a solid A in the class, so he knows I am not a flake when it comes to schoolwork.

Great weekend in Austin with my oldest and grandchild. Made great new memories, great food and lots of talking and laughing. Definitely needed.
I just had a pest inspection for the house I just moved into (rental) and YUCK. I can't wait until they come out and spray lol fun times

What a relief that the professor knows the quality of your work and your knowledge. I once had a similar experience on a Doctoral Prelim question, no less. The guy who posed that particular question (and graded it) told me later, "I saw how you dealt with A possibly being the cause and with B possibly being the cause. So it was clear to me that you were headed straight for A and B being equal in causation when you ran out of time." I damn near fainted !
