Thanks Shop_et_al for your concern it seems to me that something is happening, because we have had many such fires that are very similar. The stage of the structure, the time of the fire, and just last month we had one fire at a construction site that had a prior fire just at the same stage of construction. The people here think it maybe an anti condominium group that is yet unknown that is doing all that burning. The Bay Area as a whole needs housing like we need air, but stuff keeps happening. We need help.
