My understanding was the spreadsheet here has all the calculations. Personally, I never print my spreadsheet. It is all entered on the computer. Mine also tracks and calculates both income and mileage by the month and year. Filling it out by hand would require making those calculations manually.

Lisa, I don't print my spreadsheet either. The one I created has too many links and formulas.

My first worksheet is a summary of fees, mileage and payments per MSC. Those cells are linked from the MSC worksheets with all of the details.

You can customize it to your preference. I'm very good at using Excel, so mine is filled with links, formulas, and conditional formatting.
