Absolutely the craziest things I've had happen during a shop so far...My car key snapped in half.

You must see the photo proof of this to believe this one. I put my car in park and turned off the ignition...

That's not good! Hope you were at home for the day when this happened.

It was some kinda special. My hubby thought I was joking when I called him. What do you mean your car key snapped in half?

It's a known issue with GM, Chevy, etc keys. We cut a standard key and remove the one from the FOB on certain GM models because of this.

One of the best things about having a push button start and auto door unlock.

Put hand on key, went to turn car off, key just snapped. It was definitely not what I expected haha.

I once had this happen to me, but it was in the late 80's and it was a Honda! AAA to the rescue.
