Does anyone do back squats in the gym?

I've been doing them for the past 9 months and I just reached a PR of 305 lb back squat today(past parallel). Who here does back squats too?

Yes, I regularly squat. I mainly focus on the core lifts to save time on my end: bench, squat, deadlift and pullups.

Exactly, I focus on the compound lifts first.

So my pull-ups have been progressing greatly recently and can do 10-13 full ROM(range of motion) pull ups. I decided today to do weighted pull-ups for the first time in my life, with a 10lb weighted belt using a neutral grip position. I managed to do 8 strict pull ups. Considering I weigh 195, I think it's decent.

Anyone else to pull-ups?

I do. During my bicep and back days, I try to implement weighted pull ups, along with barbell and dumbbell rows.

I used to Crossfit quite a bit but the last few months not as much due to my job. I did pull ups a decent amount in my workouts but I didn’t do them weighted. To me they are difficult by themselves so can’t imagine adding to it but way to go if you can! That’s great!

Right now I can do 5-6 strict pull-ups with a 25 pound weight. If they're still difficult for you, then I would focus on the eccentric(negative) portion of the rep. Get a step stool and get your chin above the bar, and slowly go down. This should help you progress better with your pull ups.
