MCC, schedulers assign shops. The editors review your shops, not the schedulers. If your shops are rejected it's because the editors or the client found something in your report that did not meet their satisfaction. Hannah and Stephanie, being schedulers, are not editors and had nothing to do with your shop rejection. Sorry you had a bad experience.
Sorry the OP had a bad experience. It sounds like the OP is a new mystery shopper who thought it was easier than it is and that messed up. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and learning from it, the OP wants to bash the company and the schedulers on an internet forum. Clearly, the OP is the one who doesn't have a clue, because if he knew what was going on, he would know that the schedulers have nothing to do with rejecting a report. Schedulers schedule shops, editors review the shops and reject those with mistakes.
Why is OP shouting at us.....grow up and change jobs, obvious you are not cut out for Mystery shopping.
Why sweet talk, take your own responsibility. Starting two immature threads about the same thing is not o.k.
afterthought: surprised Mod's haven't deleted this. I see OP's rant did get deleted...thx Mod's.

@OP:

I do not know what happened, and I have no advice or admonishment.

I have one observation. One thing that has not been mentioned is to try the help/contact button in your report. If that is still active, you could express your concerns and/or ask questions about the situation.

Good luck to you! smiling smiley

Intellishop and I have had our differences so my being bull-headed, i stopped working for them. (I'll show them).
I went on their site as I always weaken with time, and see a favorite movie house in my town. I apply and a week later (today) I get an email, don't forget your job on the 3rd. I didn't expect to get it, nor was I told I got it. Full circle, I'm going to the movies tomorrow and happy about it. Wish me luck, they might just be back on my "to do list".

I wish they had movie houses in my area. Oh well maybe some day.

Will someone tell me if they ever answer an email....been a week now, and I'm ready to put them back on my ten foot pole list again.

I've been very frustrated waiting for an email from them, so I understand yours. I still work with them because they have a few shops I enjoy and find easy to do. As for the rest (like the current fast food shop everyone's talking about) I just skip now that I have better companies that I work with.
