What kind of blender do you have? I just ordered an oster 1200 pro because my cheap blender isn't doing that good of a job.

Peanut Butter Smoothie

1 1/2 cups milk (I use almond milk)
1 scoop peanut butter protein powder (I use Quest)
3 tablespoons Jif powdered peanut butter
1 frozen banana

Use the cheap blender to blend the coarser vegetables/fruits/seeds. The used the Oster1200 to blend them to liquefy/sismtereens..
My base ingredients include a minimum of the following:

2 scoops (or about 50 g of protein) of any flavor of whey protein.
1/2 cup of whole oats
~20 oz of 2% milk
2 table spoons were fresh, natural peanut butter.
Any fruits such as a banana or some berries. Basically, whatever's available.'

Whole Milk, 1 frozen banana, 2 cups frozen mixed berries, chia seeds.
Ninja blender!
I have a Nutribullet and have one every morning, M-F. I buy fruit when it is on sale and freeze it (cut it up if necessary). Right now I have oranges in the fridge, so this mornings was:

1 orange
some pineapple
some blue berries
some grapes
some cranberries
flax seed
and enough milk/water, to make it drinkable.
Orange, green apple, some pineapple, kale, celery, lemon juice and aloe vera juice.
kale swapped with spinach. orange with mixed berries on alternate days.
Avocado when available.
After going through several "run-of-the-mill" blenders, we brought a Ninja Auto-IQ blender and food processor set on clearance at Kroger for $85 - best investment ever!!!

6 ounces of coconut water
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of frozen nectarine/peach
1/4 cup of frozen mango
1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
A handful of ice cubes, about a cup of water, two large handfuls of spinach, large banana, 1/2 cup dry oatmeal, 2 tablespoons ground flax seed, and one scoop of Combat Cookies and Cream protein powder

Happiness is not a goal; it is a by-product. Eleanor Roosevelt
My new favorite smoothie recipe. Tropical blend frozen fruit(strawberries, pineapple, mango), some hemp seeds, 2 bananas, some kale, 2 scoops of unflavored protein powder, and water to finish it off.

I just ordered the Nutra Bullet on Black Friday, free shipping, being delivered the 6th...can't wait.

My Oster blender is great. You hit smoothie and it will automatically stop in 1 minute.

I love yogurt in my smoothies. I don't have a specific recipe. I always use whatever fruit I have on hand, sometimes with bananas, sometimes not. I always use a scoop of Bone Broth Protein in it, though. The vanilla is the best for smoothies.
I'm going to get vanilla bone broth, haven't looked for flavors, just use it in my soups...do you get it at Whole foods. Iuse Dannon (Lactose free) yogurt,1 /2banana, handful of berries, Almond or Cashew milk and whatever else is around, I see others put raw oatmeal in, good fiber.

Yes, you can get it at Whole Foods, Earth Fare, and many other stores like that carry it. I'd call and price it to see who has the best deal on it. It's the best tasting protein powder on the market. It's so good for joint health and has made my skin softer and smoother, my hair is in better condition, and the ridges in my nails went away. My shoulder pain went away, too. I use Dr. Axe's Ancient Nutrition. You can go to his website to read about it.

Vitamin C is good for just about everything. I tend to get more of it from fruit and juice in a natural form though I will take it in tablet or chewables when I feel a cold coming on. I haven't had any sort of cold or flu in a very long time, come to think of it.
I'm not that gung ho on orange rinds, LOL. Keep in mind that unless you are buying organic you shouldn't be consuming the rinds, that's where all of the pesticides and other toxins reside!
o.k. it's on the list...I eat a couple tangerine's every evening, always pick up a bag, fresh fruit is better than supplements, but I keep powered Vit.C on hand, also drink orange juice with 50% sugar cut out. Vit. D3 is
essential for good bones, I swear by it......glad we're doing our best to live a healthier life. Every senior I know
has broken a bone or two, not me, thanks to Vit. D3.

@Irene_L.A. You are going to love your Nutri Bullet. I have had mine for about 5 years now. It started leaking so I just ordered another one on Black Friday. The second blade is great for grinding seeds and spices. I use mine for almost everything.

My first use of my Nutri Bullet, love it, really easy and quick, so I made a smoothie:
Lactose free yogurt, blueberries, package of Vit. C powder, spoon flaxseed,1 /2 frozen banana,
spoon raw oatmeal, spoon vegan protein powder and almond/cashew milk...
I'm running circles, so much energy, love it!!!!

Flax SEEDS
are high in omega 3s. Omega 3s are very good for the skin and hair, keeping you looking young and healthy. That's only just a couple benefits of omega 3s. I use chia seeds because they're really cheap.

Omega 3's are excellent for health, I swear after drinking that, I feel more energy....flax seeds at Sprouts are 1.49pd., I buy 1/4pd., you just need a teaspoon, lasts a long time.
