Not feeling it

I remember actress Lauren Tewes from the loveboat show. She was Julie. I loved watching it during my high school days. Some years ago, Lauren confessed that she used coke to keep slim since she was told to lose weight. She said that seeing herself during that time period that her rib bones stuck out. Hollywood's double standard. It's ok for the men to be heavy but not women.

Men in Hollywood are not heavy. We are just now seeing an element of diversity as far as size in the entertainment industry, but we still have a long way to go.

The Metro man is popular here, especially since the movie industry depends on one's looks....go to any gym, abs up the gazoo. Personally I couldn't be with a fat man (sorry), just as much a turnoff as a heavy woman, our excuse is we had kids and can't lose the weight. The model industry is definitely unhealthy for a woman, but I think it's getting better, there's a top model (Ashley something) that is heavy and beautiful and was on the cover of many popular magazines.

Live consciously....
