Gambling games?

Does anyone else besides me like to hit a casino now and then just for fun? My favorite games are non-blackjack, non-regular poker types of table games. Apparently known in casino parlance as "carnival games". I love to play pai-gow poker and a game called Chase the Flush. Where I live they don't have live Roulette or Craps. But they do have machines that spin the wheel and roll the dice and you can bet on them just like the live games. I like to play Craps on this type of machine. I'm not a slots fan although I do play them sometimes.
So who else likes to gamble a little? I know there are casino mystery shops although I haven't actually done one yet. The ones I've seen look like a lot of work and not much fun. So for now, I'll wait.

I like to gamble every now and then too, but I'm a slot girl smiling smiley been having that casino itch lately too. Agree with you on the casino shops and thinking I'll wait on those for now....the Harrah's one tempts me though
I almost took a Harrah's one but I wasn't sure who I could take with me. It requires experienced game players and my husband doesn't like to play. Since I know we live in the same area, if I can get one, would you be interested in going with me? It would certainly be helpful to have someone who knows the mystery shop ropes. Let me know.

I'm in, slots only for me...been trying to plan a trip to Vegas, but the flights have the weirdest schedule lately.

I'd go with you, just let me know
I'll do that if I get another one, Laura. Irene, Laura and I live in the Phoenix area. The casino we're talking about is about 40 miles south and west of me. Probably a little far for you. smiling smiley

I love Black Jack. Don't have anything for the rest of the casino.

I don't gamble with my own money (those beautiful casinos weren't built on winnings), but take shops most months. My favorite is roulette -- because betting the minimum bet, I'm actually able to get the drink interaction done within the paltry amount the client allows for gambling.

I don't gamble with my own money. However, the rules for Spanish 21 (Blackjack variant) at the casinos where I shop make the house edge very small. Moreover, they frequently offer "free play" and "match play" tickets. By studying the basic strategy and only going on days where I can get the "free play" and "match play" offers, the house edge tilts in favor of the skilled player. So... I walk away with modest winnings ($50-$100) after about an hour more often than not. Last night, was not one of those nights - I lost my full gambling reimbursement in 40 minutes.

I only know how to play slots. I stayed at the Stratosphere in 2015 once and all I could play was Slots. I never knew that casinos don't have clocks until a FB post mentioned the fact. I am not much for gambling but I envy the people playing all those complicated stuff. To me, they look like glamorous movie stars smiling smiley
Occasionally I can find a quarter or two on the floor, that's the game I would play. When I shopped a local casino, I could pull off the entire job without gambling a cent! Put $5 in a slot machine, push all the explanatory buttons then cash out the same $5. Table games could be observation only so I did that. Keeping my money is my favorite game. Doesn't sound like much fun, right? But such a thrill when I succeed!
Be careful with that. All all the casinos I have shopped, I have been required to actually gamble. The MSC provides a certain amount I can be reimbursed so that may losses can be recuperated. Not actually playing the games would be a great way to get my shops rejected.

I also love blackjack. It is one reason that I stay away from casinos most of the time. It is almost too much fun. But when I see a game with good odds and low price of entry, I will play, and stop, according to MY rules about winning and losing.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I can play on the slots and win enough to keep me going for a couple hours, that 's my fun, and there have been time I've won a hundred or more, just for the fun of it.....then go to the forum (window shopping), lunch, pool and I'm done.
