So, this is a forum for shoppers to talk about mystery shopping. You are logged into the forum or you wouldn't be able to post. There are 100s of companies and many of us are signed up with over 100 companies. Are you having problems logging into a company website? Which one? It's not something we can help you with, you need to contact your scheduler or someone else at that company. Usually there is a "forgot password" link on the log in page for most company websites. Did you try that?

Figured this would be dated April 1st.

I forgot the pin for my refillable card the other day. I called the number on the back of the card and the gave it to me, no questions asked except for my name and the number on the front of the card. I only put a few bucks on it for the mom and pop gas stations in the middle of nowhere, cause, well, you know. Scary though!

I have an iPhone 7 for work. Whenever I change my email password, I change the password on my iPhone. Since I rarely use that password, I email it to myself. Last week, I wanted to download GV on it since I was doing a shop. I had to enter my PW. It wouldn't take. After several consecutive tries, I got so mad, I threw it against a wall.
