A coworker discovered smoked blue cheese. She pairs it with wine and says it's delicious. I get my fix with Babybel cheeses.

I have a tentative plan to return to a wonderful cheese store and restaurant that is conveniently located near numerous shops. Do I want to do the shops, or do I just want the food?

Being Lactose Intolerant, I now eat Goat cheese with different flavors, honey being my favorite along with blueberry. I can get away with low fat cheese now and then....but, always stay home.

Yep, when we first moved to L.A., lived on Doheny in Beverly Hills, and used to go to Nate@Al's Deli (across the street)...the best cheese store...the best, now with my problem, I can get my Goat Cheese at Trader Joe's. Tried a new lactose free cheese, hated it.....I really miss grilled cheese sandwichs.
