Troy, thank you, but how was it fraud? There was a snafu between MK and PP that caused a refund to be rejected. My previous transactions went through flawlessly.

What you described sounds like an automatic fraud flag was placed on your account. It might not be the case, but when the csr can’t explain what’s going on and an escalation gets nowhere, trying the fraud department can be a nice work around. They have greater access to view your account and can get problems fixed. You just have to say that you’re concerned about a fraud block and let them figure it out.

Those jokers sent my account to a collection agency. I have been updating them on every step of this lengthy process, and this is what they do.
