I forget I always learn something new if it's about health or whatever, have a thirst for knowledge, so, guess I'm not a total disaster.....tomorrow after above thread, going to Gold's gym, will start treadmill again. Relationships always need work, keeping reasonably hip, not allowing age to get me down...guess I'm o.k.

My daughter being in the field has been the one encouraging me to do more, have my own interests, and I listen wanting to make her proud...yes, your on the button. Then get lost in a fab book or two or three. Go for early morning walks, sunrise, if cooler temps prevail then. Wear shades and a hat so you feel insulated if you 'can't face anybody.' So walk first, then read. The brain will be more ready for learning.
Have you ever journaled about your life for your daughter? A series of essays about life lessons, some of your best memories of her that she can't remember, what you enjoyed most about your family and friends when you were a little girl? If you are so forward-looking I am not sure how nostalgic you are for the past, but it is what shapes a person. What a gift it could be for your daughter if she knew you in a different light, on the journey to becoming the fabulous person you are today!
