I believe the OP is talking about the totes that they use to give you your mail when you have been gone a few weeks and they were holding it for you until you come to pick it up. They weren't talking about mailers.
If you think that the plastic sheets (rigid, opaque, approximately 3/8 inch thick and probably come in 4'X8 pieces) are at walmart, please send an item number.

tstewart3 - just click on the Walmart link in my response. It takes you right to the page on the Walmart site...two sheets for $5.60. I didn't see an item number.
